KW Consulting is founded by Karl Weaver who has worked across a wide variety of marketing, e-commerce and data businesses since 1994.
After growing Data2Decisions, Karl led the sale of the business to Dentsu in 2012, and then successfully integrated and scaled the business as part of the network.
As CEO of Isobar Karl integrated an international e-commerce business into the Dentsu network, going on to be CEO of Publicis UK’s Data practice working on the integration of Epsilon.
In corporate life Karl worked on several buy-side transactions. Now he is an angel investor and business advisor working with businesses to grow, sell and integrate.
